TD Canada Trust has announced today that they will be increasing their rates on all fixed mortgage products by 25 to 30 basis points effective tomorrow November 17, 2010. Their 5 year discounted mortgage rates will be increasing from 3.69% to 3.94%. Rates have been at their all time low for the last few months and this is the first lender to announce a rate increase.
